Phase I: Renovation of the original Norcross Transfer & Storage warehouse into thirty-two units. And all units contain original hardwood floors, exposed timber beams, as well as original steel-sash windows, clay-tiled walls, European-style kitchens and high-speed internet access.

Phase II: Norcross Station's sister building frames the private courtyard and resident parking lot of Norcross Station. The building is four stories tall, with 32 units consisting of an even mix of one and two bedrooms (some with 2nd floor lofts). Phase II has substantial glass and excellent views of the surrounding mountains and city side. Every apartment includes hardwood floors, 9-foot ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling glass that provide an open, airy feel.
