Phase I: Renovation of the original Norcross Transfer & Storage warehouse into thirty-two units.

Phase II: Norcross Station's sister building frames the private courtyard and resident
parking lot of Norcross Station. The building is four stories tall, with 32 units consisting of an even mix of one and two bedrooms
