Phase I: Renovation of the original Norcross Transfer & Storage warehouse showcases thirty-two individully designed Flats. And all contain original hardwood floors, exposed timber beams, as well as original steel-sash windows, and clay tiled walls.
Phase II: Norcross Station's sister building frames the private courtyard and resident parking lot. Four stories tall, a mixture of thirty-two Lofts & Flats, 1 and 2 bedroom homes showcase substantial glass and excellent views of the surrounding mountains and city side.
